The modern water jetting technology has a history of more than forty years.
It has already been established in a wide range of practical applications and
is still growing and spreading in formerly unexpected areas. Focusing on the
most up-to date water jetting techniques and industrial applications, the
PRIC-WJT2009 was organized under the banner of “Water Jet Technology for
LOHAS (Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability)”. With great contributions of
authors and all participants the conference has been fruitfully finished on
schedule. The organizing committee would like to thank sponsoring organizations
